Akanbe: Folding Basket Designed by Takashi Houjo


Akanbe is a felt folding basket designed by Takashi Houjo. It turns into a totally flat sheet.
Having inspired by origami, he completed Akanbe after producing nearly 40 prototypes.
Akanbe means ''sticking one's tongue out''.
