The (NEW) Deck @ NUS

The Deck, a.k.a Arts Canteen of NUS, will be reopening tomorrow 13th August, after a semester of closure. It has a totally new, modern, spacious outlook. And Decor La Vie is honoured to have played a part in its reconstruction. After all, it is our university, a world class institution.

Before: bare, circular, white ceiling.

After: decorated with colourful lighting stars, casting shades of lights and colours to the walls and ceiling...

A general view of the new Arts canteen. Maaaaany tables and brightly lit.

Merlion Park~ Celebrate National Day with US

Singapore National Day

On this year's National Day, Décor La Vie has been invited to set up a booth at the Merlion Park to celebrate the nation's 42nd birthday. If you did not get a ticket to the NDP, come down to join us for a series of celebrations at Merlion Park instead. There, you will find the best spot to enjoy the fireworks display.

The Merlion Park

Many people had already stationed themselves at the Merlion Park, on the bridge of Nicole Highway as early as 12 noon.

Huang Shuangxi, our news caster from Channel 8 doing a coverage for the NDP event at Merlion Park.

In Singapore, we wear red on two occasions; once during Chinese New, and again on National Day.

We Love Singapore!

The place was jam packed by late afternoon.
