Delivery

1. Once we have received your order together with the payment, we will send you a confirmation email.
2. Your order will be sent by post and you will receive it within a week for within Singapore and Japan.
3. For international orders the delivery time will depend on the courier company. In case you have not received it after sometime, contact us and we will be able to trace the delivery with the courier company.
4. Due to overwhelming orders, we may not have enough available stock, in that case, delivery may take 2 to 3 weeks. Under such circumstances, we will inform you in advance.

Exchange and Return Policy

1. It is okay to exchange if you change your mind in getting another item, a different colour or size.
2. Please return the items in the original packaging together with the receipt to our address within 5 days after delivery.
3. Return of items will not be accepted in the following cases:

   2. The item is damaged or made dirty.
   3. There is no proof of purchase
      
4. Postage of returned items will be borne by Décor La Vie if it is our mistake in sending out the wrong items, or damaged goods. Otherwise, customers shall bear the cost of postage.
